RIVA & C srls is a company founded by three friends who have been living the Piedmont region for decades out of passion. Earl Truffle is the flagship brand, which derives directly from the company’s many years of harvesting, in its own truffle-grounds or in neighbouring truffle-grounds, with the certification and guarantee of a km0 provenance only and exclusively of “Piedmont White Truffles”, the most prized quality of truffle in the world.
The company also deals, however, with exports of European white truffles and black truffles, dedicating the same attention to the highest quality standards of the product traded. Our core value is always transparency, so no truffle of a different origin will ever be marked Earl Truffle.
