Piedmont, with Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, is the area that produces the best white truffles in the world; the Piedmont White Truffle is a product that cannot be cultivated, but only sought and harvested, its production is lower than international demand; compared to its competitors, Earl Truffle does not only sell underground mushrooms, but the entire experience of the territory, from the search to the certificate of origin;
This intense, handmade story is told to customers, who can not only have the best product, but also learn about its specific history.
Can we talk about convenience in luxury? Yes, if no expense is spared where it is needed, but commercial superstructures that cause price increases are avoided.

Direct supply chain, from the subsoil to the plate

From the ‘trifulai’ pickers to the table, we are the only step: we check the quality of the product and ship it in real time with certified forwarders. Our aim is to reproduce the same relationship of trust that exists between the consumer and the trifulai in our territory, on a global scale.

Trust and guarantee

we strongly believe in our product, which is why we offer an initial trial order at a heavily discounted cost. In order to guarantee the required volumes, we ask for an upstream interest in a quantity for the entire season (October-January), but only once the first shipment has been received is it up to the customer to decide whether to confirm or cancel the subscription.

Transparency

the world of truffles is unique, our aim is to consolidate a relationship of trust with our customers and maximum transparency. By means of a pre-contract, we commit ourselves to guaranteeing the minimum quantities that our customers need, setting a price in proportion to the ‘Alba truffle exchange’. We also aim to satisfy any extraordinary requests during the season, aware that such a unique product depends on nature and not on our will.
